Nigerian Content
HESL carries out her project and other activities in compliance with, and active support of Nigerian Content Development policy. Our corporate organization, resourcing processes, procurement processes, and sub-contracting activities, aim to provide the highest possible benefits to Nigerians and the Nigerian economy.
Our activities add value by carrying out the maximum amount of work possible on our contracts, within Nigeria, using Nigerian nationals, to the greatest extent possible.
All procurement activities focus on Nigeria as a primary source of the required items. Where they are not available locally, as much as possible, Nigerian agents representing the manufacturers of such good are identified and procurement made through such agents.
We also ensure that requisite training, knowledge development and technology acquisition programs are targeted at Nigerians. This is backed up by HESL’s Nigerian Content Policy,
